Operator and Scope

BMC Collectibles operates TikTok Sales Tool, an internal reporting tool used to process TikTok Shop order and reporting data for sales attribution, shift reporting, product and order summaries, refunds, reconciliation, and operational reporting.

TikTok Sales Tool is not public-facing. It does not sell TikTok-derived data and does not use TikTok-derived data for advertising, unrelated profiling, credit decisions, or automated decisions about end users.

Data We May Process

Depending on the reports or API data made available by TikTok Shop, TikTok Sales Tool may process:

• Order identifiers and package identifiers
• Product, SKU, quantity, and order status details
• Refund details and product/order summary information
• Buyer username or nickname where provided by TikTok
• Recipient and shipping-related fields where provided by TikTok
• Payment method labels and transaction timestamps
• Employee shift schedules used for internal sales attribution
• Import metadata, including file/import timestamps and source labels

How We Use Data

BMC Collectibles uses data processed by TikTok Sales Tool for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

• Sales reporting and shift attribution
• Order reconciliation and refund/product summaries
• Accounting, tax records, and operational reporting
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance

No Sale or Advertising Use

BMC Collectibles does not sell TikTok-derived personal data. BMC Collectibles does not use TikTok-derived personal data for third-party advertising or unrelated profiling.

Storage and Processing Location

TikTok Sales Tool data is stored and processed in the United States.

Security Safeguards

BMC Collectibles uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect TikTok Sales Tool data, including access control, least privilege, secure transmission via HTTPS/TLS, authorized devices and systems, credential protection, endpoint and device security, and incident response procedures.

Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as needed for business, accounting, legal, dispute, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes. When data is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymized.
